I don’t normally do reviews but for this company and the excllent work that they do, I am willing to make an exception. I needed carpet replacement and decided to go for floating boards in the unit. Process and experience from start to finish was very smooth. Ryan was very helpful and patient with me with his onsite quote and floor selection. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I selected the Golden Teak Fiesta 6mm hybrid (it was love at first sight) he also did the scheduling and sourcing in just minutes. Paul and his family/team came to do the flooring. Thought it was a day job but turned out the subfloor beneath the carpet was very bad and was told it will cost a bit more add to do grinding and leveling. Price was reasonable and I was told Paul was the best and I was in good hands, so I went ahead with it. It was a two day job since we needed to wait for the leveling compound to dry completely. It was all worth it. The finished work is so beautiful. ? I am sure this added value for my unit too. I especially appreciate the transparency and excellent communication by each of the team members at Beare Flooring. I highly recommend them and will definitely spread the word to my friends. Aidan was excellent to work with. Very professional and helpful. Ours was a challenging job because we needed an acoustic test to meet body corporate standards but Aidan and Will helped us through the process. Aidan brought the samples to our door so it was very convenient and he also worked very hard to help us meet a tight deadline. He was in constant communication with us and easy to reach. Marco and his team were also very skilled and efficient at the installation and gave excellent advice at how best to orient the tiles to make the space look more spacious. I love my new floors and recommend Beare flooring to anyone.

Very pleased with the choice to get vinyl plank flooring throughout my house (didn't do wet areas), and also with Beare flooring, not least Ryan, who came and did the measure and quote and was upfront about hidden costs that could eventuate (vinyl v hybrid). Kevin and Colin who undertook the work were first rate. I noticed they paid attention to detail and very open to discussing anything I raised. They also accommodated to fit in with myself remaining at home for the four days. Highly recommended. I have no relationship to anyone in Beare and never heard of them till I did a google search to get a quote. I also generally do not do google reviews unless totally deserved!

Ryan did a good job of helping us choose the right carpet and vinyl floorcoverings. Luke did a really great and very quick job laying carpets in the bedrooms. Then Jordan came in and did a high quality job on the vinyl floors in the hallway and stairwell. William did good communication around coordinating when it would all happen, lots of info up front about how to prepare, and was prompt and responsive to requests. The finished product looks super good. We were happy with the price although we didn't try to shop around so I can't say how competitive it was. But for the outcome, it seems good value.

Absolutely in love with our new carpet from Beare Flooring. I contacted Beare Flooring to get a quote done for 3 bedrooms needing carpet, The booking process through the website was flawless. Ryan came out to see me the next day and brought an endless amount of samples in his mobile showroom and was very helpful and informative. I needed the job done relatively quickly and despite the standard wait time being 2-3 weeks Kees the installation manager was able to get one of the installers out within the week. I reached out to Beare Flooring to get an alternative quote after going to a major carpet chain who was less than enthusiastic about helping us out with our carpeting needs for one room. Ryan was super helpful and responsive in providing an on-site measure and quote, and talking through our options. Kees and Luke were also very professional and prompt on the installation side of the job and managed to squeeze us in sooner. It was only about a week to get the carpet installed despite average lead time being 3 or so weeks at the time. We still have 2 or 3 rooms to recarpet so very glad we found a reliable provider who we like.

While initially I was quite unhappy with the services and customer service. Beare flooring (specifically business manager Aleisha) took the time to make amends and discuss the complications that happened. Not often does a company take the time to address issues and concerns of a customer. But Aleisha in this instance went above and beyond to alleviate the stress caused by miscommunication. I was thoroughly impressed by her communication skills and willingness to recognise errors. Truly the definition of customer service in a family run business.

William arrived one the day and time we arranged he measured up the areas, showed us samples which he had in his van and gave us great advice and recommendations when choosing our carpets. The carpets in our daughter's room had been flooded and about 6.30am on a Monday morning we made the decision that we needed them replaced. I put in an online enquiry and at 8.30am the same morning, I got a call from William. He organised to come out the next day for a measure and quote and managed to squeeze our job in exactly a week later even though they were really busy with other jobs. This was in comparison to other places who said they had a 3 week waiting time. William was always very helpful and responsive when I had any questions. We found Beare Flooring very professional, easy to communicate with and they really cared about our situation. Highly recommend. Oh and the carpets look great too,

We found Beare flooring just through a google ad, after searching for weeks for a decent company, from the first call the owner William was great to deal with, really kind and open with info, he was able to get us in for a quote on the day that suited us and quite quickly, had all the samples in the van at the quote so that made it easy for me. Alex one of his tradesman installed our carpet on the day we needed, he did a ripper job and the install was seem-less, carpet looks great, quality for the price was really fair too, they were always upfront with pricing and all other info as well never felt kept in the dark.
