The result a stunning custom feature staircase!

I don’t normally do reviews but for this company and the excllent work that they do, I am willing to make an exception. I needed carpet replacement and decided to go for floating boards in the unit. Process and experience from start to finish was very smooth. Ryan was very helpful and patient with me with his onsite quote and floor selection. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I selected the Golden Teak Fiesta 6mm hybrid (it was love at first sight) he also did the scheduling and sourcing in just minutes. Paul and his family/team came to do the flooring. Thought it was a day job but turned out the subfloor beneath the carpet was very bad and was told it will cost a bit more add to do grinding and leveling. Price was reasonable and I was told Paul was the best and I was in good hands, so I went ahead with it. It was a two day job since we needed to wait for the leveling compound to dry completely. It was all worth it. The finished work is so beautiful. ? I am sure this added value for my unit too. I especially appreciate the transparency and excellent communication by each of the team members at Beare Flooring. I highly recommend them and will definitely spread the word to my friends. Ours was a challenging job because we needed an acoustic test to meet body corporate standards but Aidan and Will helped us through the process. Very pleased with the choice to get vinyl plank flooring throughout my house (didn't do wet areas), and also with Beare flooring, not least Ryan, who came and did the measure and quote and was upfront about hidden costs that could eventuate (vinyl v hybrid). Kevin and Colin who undertook the work were first rate. I noticed they paid attention to detail and very open to discussing anything I raised. They also accommodated to fit in with myself remaining at home for the four days. Highly recommended. Ryan did a good job of helping us choose the right carpet and vinyl floorcoverings. Luke did a really great and very quick job laying carpets in the bedrooms. Then Jordan came in and did a high quality job on the vinyl floors in the hallway and stairwell. William did good communication around coordinating when it would all happen, lots of info up front about how to prepare, and was prompt and responsive to requests. The finished product looks super good. We were happy with the price although we didn't try to shop around so I can't say how competitive it was. But for the outcome, it seems good value.

I reached out to Beare Flooring to get an alternative quote after going to a major carpet chain who was less than enthusiastic about helping us out with our carpeting needs for one room. Ryan was super helpful and responsive in providing an on-site measure and quote, and talking through our options. Kees and Luke were also very professional and prompt on the installation side of the job and managed to squeeze us in sooner. It was only about a week to get the carpet installed despite average lead time being 3 or so weeks at the time. I don’t normally do reviews but for this company and the excllent work that they do, I am willing to make an exception. I needed carpet replacement and decided to go for floating boards in the unit. Process and experience from start to finish was very smooth. Ryan was very helpful and patient with me with his onsite quote and floor selection. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I selected the Golden Teak Fiesta 6mm hybrid (it was love at first sight) he also did the scheduling and sourcing in just minutes. Paul and his family/team came to do the flooring. Thought it was a day job but turned out the subfloor beneath the carpet was very bad and was told it will cost a bit more add to do grinding and leveling. Price was reasonable and I was told Paul was the best and I was in good hands, so I went ahead with it. It was a two day job since we needed to wait for the leveling compound to dry completely. It was all worth it. The finished work is so beautiful. ? I am sure this added value for my unit too. I especially appreciate the transparency and excellent communication by each of the team members at Beare Flooring. I highly recommend them and will definitely spread the word to my friends. Thank you Beare Flooring for my new beautiful floor. ❤️

Ours was a challenging job because we needed an acoustic test to meet body corporate standards but Aidan and Will helped us through the process. Aidan brought the samples to our door so it was very convenient and he also worked very hard to help us meet a tight deadline. He was in constant communication with us and easy to reach. Very pleased with the choice to get vinyl plank flooring throughout my house (didn't do wet areas), and also with Beare flooring, not least Ryan, who came and did the measure and quote and was upfront about hidden costs that could eventuate (vinyl v hybrid). Kevin and Colin who undertook the work were first rate. I noticed they paid attention to detail and very open to discussing anything I raised. They also accommodated to fit in with myself remaining at home for the four days. Highly recommended. Ryan did a good job of helping us choose the right carpet and vinyl floorcoverings. Luke did a really great and very quick job laying carpets in the bedrooms. Then Jordan came in and did a high quality job on the vinyl floors in the hallway and stairwell. William did good communication around coordinating when it would all happen, lots of info up front about how to prepare, and was prompt and responsive to requests. The finished product looks super good. We were happy with the price although we didn't try to shop around so I can't say how competitive it was. But for the outcome, it seems good value.

I reached out to Beare Flooring to get an alternative quote after going to a major carpet chain who was less than enthusiastic about helping us out with our carpeting needs for one room. Ryan was super helpful and responsive in providing an on-site measure and quote, and talking through our options. It was only about a week to get the carpet installed despite average lead time being 3 or so weeks at the time. I have just got new carpet throughout my home and the whole process was fantastic. William took my call whilst on holiday and he arranged for Kees the Area Manager to visit my home to measure up and go through carpet samples. It was so easy and so professional. Having carpet laid through a fully furnished home can be quite daunting but Luke and Aidon the carpet installers worked tirelessly. They moved my furniture with care and did a magnificent job with the carpet laying. They were so personable and helpful. I would recommend Beare Flooring without hesitation.

Promptly came to our house after booking in a free quote - William even went out of his way on a weekend to come back to our house a second time when we were indecisive about the colour choice of our new carpet. William arrived one the day and time we arranged he measured up the areas, showed us samples which he had in his van and gave us great advice and recommendations when choosing our carpets. From date of the quote to installation was only two weeks. The day Luke the installer arrived he was so courteous & very professional. He worked on his own but I was so impressed with his work and the speed he was doing it. Even my little doggy liked him. That’s saying a lot. Aleisha and William followed up to find out if we were happy with the job and Aleisha also arranged to come and take some photos. I would highly recommend William and his team! We had very positive dealings with William and his team. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup with the supplier of the carpet we had chosen, however William and his team went out of their way to arrange for me to view some other samples and provided a thicker underlay at no extra cost. This was last minute, and they made it work. I was nervous, however they assured me it would look fantastic, and it does! Very happy with the results. Would definitely use Beare Flooring again.

The carpets in our daughter's room had been flooded and about 6.30am on a Monday morning we made the decision that we needed them replaced. I put in an online enquiry and at 8.30am the same morning, I got a call from William. He organised to come out the next day for a measure and quote and managed to squeeze our job in exactly a week later even though they were really busy with other jobs. This was in comparison to other places who said they had a 3 week waiting time. William was always very helpful and responsive when I had any questions. We found Beare flooring just through a google ad, after searching for weeks for a decent company, from the first call the owner William was great to deal with, really kind and open with info, he was able to get us in for a quote on the day that suited us and quite quickly, had all the samples in the van at the quote so that made it easy for me. Alex one of his tradesman installed our carpet on the day we needed, he did a ripper job and the install was seem-less, carpet looks great, quality for the price was really fair too, they were always upfront with pricing and all other info as well never felt kept in the dark.
