Hi, I'm Jacob. I've always enjoyed working with people and helping bring their ideas to life. Over the past 15 years, I've built a career centred around customer service, including the last five years in the flooring industry, where I've had the opportunity to be part of thousands of successful projects.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Shakirra and our dog Luna. Whether it's heading to the gym, catching up with friends, travelling or hosting a game night, I enjoy making the most of life and the people around me.
