Hello, my name is Warren, and I am your local flooring expert.
I am extremely proud to have been involved in the flooring industry my whole working life (more than 30 years). My father is a skilled flooring installer, and he taught me the trade at a very young age. Working alongside him I realised my passion and future lay more in customer service and product selection than with flooring installation itself.
In my late 20’s I moved to the Sunshine Coast with my then young family – Wife Claire, twin boys Ben & Charlie and my two girls Amber & Brooke. Learning a trade from my father set the foundation for me to develop my skills and passion in flooring which transpired to me owning a very successful retail flooring business in Noosa for many years. My reputation within our community is a huge part of my life. I pride myself on my product knowledge, my honesty and my integrity.
My wife and I both love to travel and enjoy new cultures and experiences. In my spare time I love to play golf, or Claire and I enjoy bushwalking and hiking.
I am partial to a good quality wool carpet, but I also particularly love what hybrid floors can do to a tired old fashioned tile home. Whatever your requirement maybe I look forward to working with you and assisting you with all your flooring needs.

We offer furniture assistance which involves our installation teams moving the heavy items from room to room as they work. However we do need you to move all of your small items and breakables out of the relevant areas prior to our installation team’s arrival to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone.
Yes it sure does, each product we supply has its own specific warranty from our suppliers. All Beare Floorings installations also come with a lifetime installation warranty. Enquire with one of our flooring specialists to find out what specific warranty applies to your product.
Hard Flooring such as Hybrid & Vinyl Planking will be your best solution. Being easy to care for and hard wearing. Features such as scratch, stain and fade resistance often make it hard to go past these flooring options.
If it’s carpet you need for your family home be sure to select a “Solution Dyed Nylon” or “Solution Dyed Polyester” carpet. Being solution dyed is a key factor here and we discuss this more on our blog.
Hybrid Flooring & Vinyl Planking are hands down the easiest products to care for with pets and also the most durable – often being scratch, stain and fade resistant these hard flooring options tick all the boxes for durability. When choosing a pet friendly carpet be sure to stick to “Solution Dyed Nylon Carpets” as this fibre will be the most durable and easy to care for.

I don’t normally do reviews but for this company and the excllent work that they do, I am willing to make an exception. I needed carpet replacement and decided to go for floating boards in the unit. Process and experience from start to finish was very smooth. Ryan was very helpful and patient with me with his onsite quote and floor selection. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I selected the Golden Teak Fiesta 6mm hybrid (it was love at first sight) he also did the scheduling and sourcing in just minutes. Paul and his family/team came to do the flooring. Thought it was a day job but turned out the subfloor beneath the carpet was very bad and was told it will cost a bit more add to do grinding and leveling. Price was reasonable and I was told Paul was the best and I was in good hands, so I went ahead with it. It was a two day job since we needed to wait for the leveling compound to dry completely. It was all worth it. The finished work is so beautiful. 😍 I am sure this added value for my unit too. I especially appreciate the transparency and excellent communication by each of the team members at Beare Flooring. I highly recommend them and will definitely spread the word to my friends. Aidan was excellent to work with. Very professional and helpful. Ours was a challenging job because we needed an acoustic test to meet body corporate standards but Aidan and Will helped us through the process. Aidan brought the samples to our door so it was very convenient and he also worked very hard to help us meet a tight deadline. He was in constant communication with us and easy to reach. Ryan did a good job of helping us choose the right carpet and vinyl floorcoverings. Luke did a really great and very quick job laying carpets in the bedrooms. Then Jordan came in and did a high quality job on the vinyl floors in the hallway and stairwell. William did good communication around coordinating when it would all happen, lots of info up front about how to prepare, and was prompt and responsive to requests. The finished product looks super good. We were happy with the price although we didn't try to shop around so I can't say how competitive it was. But for the outcome, it seems good value.

I reached out to Beare Flooring to get an alternative quote after going to a major carpet chain who was less than enthusiastic about helping us out with our carpeting needs for one room. Ryan was super helpful and responsive in providing an on-site measure and quote, and talking through our options. Kees and Luke were also very professional and prompt on the installation side of the job and managed to squeeze us in sooner. It was only about a week to get the carpet installed despite average lead time being 3 or so weeks at the time. From date of the quote to installation was only two weeks. The day Luke the installer arrived he was so courteous & very professional. We had very positive dealings with William and his team. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup with the supplier of the carpet we had chosen, however William and his team went out of their way to arrange for me to view some other samples and provided a thicker underlay at no extra cost. The carpets in our daughter's room had been flooded and about 6.30am on a Monday morning we made the decision that we needed them replaced. I put in an online enquiry and at 8.30am the same morning, I got a call from William. He organised to come out the next day for a measure and quote and managed to squeeze our job in exactly a week later even though they were really busy with other jobs. We found Beare flooring just through a google ad, after searching for weeks for a decent company, from the first call the owner William was great to deal with, really kind and open with info, he was able to get us in for a quote on the day that suited us and quite quickly, had all the samples in the van at the quote so that made it easy for me. I don’t normally do reviews but for this company and the excllent work that they do, I am willing to make an exception. I needed carpet replacement and decided to go for floating boards in the unit. Process and experience from start to finish was very smooth. Ryan was very helpful and patient with me with his onsite quote and floor selection. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I selected the Golden Teak Fiesta 6mm hybrid (it was love at first sight) he also did the scheduling and sourcing in just minutes. Paul and his family/team came to do the flooring. Thought it was a day job but turned out the subfloor beneath the carpet was very bad and was told it will cost a bit more add to do grinding and leveling. Price was reasonable and I was told Paul was the best and I was in good hands, so I went ahead with it. It was a two day job since we needed to wait for the leveling compound to dry completely. It was all worth it. The finished work is so beautiful. 😍 I am sure this added value for my unit too. I especially appreciate the transparency and excellent communication by each of the team members at Beare Flooring. I highly recommend them and will definitely spread the word to my friends. Very pleased with the choice to get vinyl plank flooring throughout my house (didn't do wet areas), and also with Beare flooring, not least Ryan, who came and did the measure and quote and was upfront about hidden costs that could eventuate (vinyl v hybrid). Kevin and Colin who undertook the work were first rate. I noticed they paid attention to detail and very open to discussing anything I raised. Ryan did a good job of helping us choose the right carpet and vinyl floorcoverings. Luke did a really great and very quick job laying carpets in the bedrooms. Then Jordan came in and did a high quality job on the vinyl floors in the hallway and stairwell. William did good communication around coordinating when it would all happen, lots of info up front about how to prepare, and was prompt and responsive to requests. I reached out to Beare Flooring to get an alternative quote after going to a major carpet chain who was less than enthusiastic about helping us out with our carpeting needs for one room. Ryan was super helpful and responsive in providing an on-site measure and quote, and talking through our options. Kees and Luke were also very professional and prompt on the installation side of the job and managed to squeeze us in sooner. It was only about a week to get the carpet installed despite average lead time being 3 or so weeks at the time. We still have 2 or 3 rooms to recarpet so very glad we found a reliable provider who we like.
