We’re Nic and Stephen, your local team here at Beare Flooring Southport, and we’re all about helping you find the perfect floor for your home, without the stress. Between us, we bring a great mix of experience, practical know-how and a genuine passion for what we do.
Stephen has been in the flooring industry since he was 15, starting out in the family business and eventually becoming a Quick-Step Master Installer. He’s spent years running his own flooring installation company on the Gold Coast, and now owns the Southport, Surfers Paradise and Tweed Heads franchises. He’s big on quality, no-nonsense advice and making sure every job is done properly — because great floors aren’t just about looks, they’re about lasting the distance too.
Nic brings over seven years of flooring experience, including time spent in management before joining the Beare Flooring team more than two years ago. He’s passionate about helping people transform their homes with quality flooring, and takes real pride in the difference a well-finished floor can make. Known for his friendly, down-to-earth approach, Nic is committed to delivering practical, stylish solutions that suit both lifestyle and budget.
